"CIGAR MAN"
This is perhaps the first "drifter" I have drawn. Initially I did an original several years ago as an acrylic painting. Each time I drew him, which has been a couple of times, he has turned out in a different composition.
"HAPPY RALPH"
A happy "drifter", worked in chalks, which I find the easiest to work with, he seems to me to a very happy, go-lucky type of person, not too many worldly cares.
"YE OLE-MAN PHILOSOPHER"
This "ole-man" is a philosopher of sorts. Enjoying his cigarette while deep in some type of thought. Do you catch the twinkle in his eye?
"RED HOODED FELLOW"
"GEORGE"
Oh sailor man, where have you been? Perhaps he has lost his ship and is "drifting" in search of.
"THE THINKING MAN"
Now what am I thinking? It may be I am just bored with the whole thing or perhaps I am wondering where and what I will be dining on this evening?
"HARRY, THE LUCKY"
OK, for sure, no cares, no worries. Life is good. A meal, a bath an a bed would make it even better! |
"I WISH I MAY- I WISH I MIGHT"
OK, I'm definitely not happy! Its been a rough go for awhile. I'm tired, cranky and very unhappy! How did I get here? Maybe I need to find a job?
"THE LOST SOUL" |
No-one told me there would be days like this! I am lost, alone and really need a meal and a bath! |
